Alpine Therapy Service (ATS) is an innovative temporary therapy staffing company initiated in 2018, providing physical, occupational, and speech therapies, as well as MSW services, to companies in Colorado, Wyoming, and Idaho.

ATS provides quality care to all patients, as well as excellent customer service to their clients. Their goal is to partner with healthcare professionals who are excellent clinicians, have great work ethics, and have a passion for serving patients. They pride themselves on dependability, exemplary care, and a holistic approach to the therapy we provide. Overview

ATS experienced rapid growth in 2018, functioning with one owner as the main evaluating and treating physical therapist and administrative contact.  The owner chose to initiate Alpine Therapy Services with the use of Soli to function smoothly as a startup company, providing organized and smooth processes as a one-person business owner.

Alpine Therapy Services faced the challenge of managing rapid growth while maintaining high-quality patient care. As a startup with limited administrative resources, they needed a solution to streamline their operations effectively. They had a few goals in mind:

The Solution

Alpine Therapy Services partnered with Soli Healthcare Solutions. ATS leverages the Soli platform for staffing, scheduling, and HR AI (similar to Lyft or Uber services) to assist with business needs while providing quality care to patients in need.

  • Scheduling and staffing clinicians to patients without having to text or call clinicians based on areas, truly helped streamline the process, making it easy to manage and run while in the field seeing patients.

  • Credentialing new clinicians through Soli assisted in the organization of documents required without the use of Excel spreadsheets with manual entries for example. The Soli credentialing automated expiration notices assist with back office organization, as well as organization for the clinicians to prevent disruption in patient care and to remain survey-ready at all times. 

  • Documentation timelines in Soli remind the ATS clinicians to re-evaluate within a 30-day window and provide supervisory visits per CMS rules and regulations.

  • Invoicing options with patient signatures and clinician rating scores by patients in real-time also provide immediate feedback and information regarding patient care and clinician performance. 

  • With the assistance of Soli, ATS can scale without adjustments or additional admin staff. Soli is customizable as well, which helps company innovation.
